Dear colleagues, please disseminate the invitation through your networks.

Hi Dessi, Ivan,

could you help me spread an invitation to a Free Software event in
London to your networks in eastern europe? The event is targeting NGOs
without previous experience from Free Software and is one of the two
events in the STACS project (the other one being the one we should
organise in Belgrade). Please note the short two-week deadline though,
which might make it difficult for people requiring a visa to attend (if
getting a visa takes longer than a week).
