[nog] Searching for local admins

Hi guys,
I'm searching for sysadmins in cities around Bulgaria.
I have already found people in Dobrich and Zlatograd.

I want to send them RIPE atlas probes.

I think that it would be nice to cover Rousse, Vidin, Pleven and Blagoevgrad so we can have better view of the 
connectivity of Bulgaria.
