[nog] Software routers

Hi Marian,

I have such machine and you can ask Vasil Kolev to give you access to it.
It's tested with 4 full BGP tables and 2M pps on 6-7 Gbit/s flood with 
FreeBSD, but I think Linux  with kernel 3.x will be better choice.
