[Us] RTFM gamejam event

Hi all,
I talked with Vlado regarding using the initlab as a venue for an event I
am organizing and he advised me to send an email.
The event is a game jam (you create a videogame in a very limited
timeframe) and it will be in two weekends - 3/4 April and 10/11 April.
In the first weekend the participants will create teams and then make
detailed documentation for a videogame.
In the second weekend, they will exchange documentation with another team,
and then have to create a videogame based on the documentation they
received.
At the end, teams will be graded based on the documentation they produced
and the game they produced.
This event is purely non-profit, for educational/practice purposes, and for
fun of course. We also plan to have a small tax (10 lv?) which will be
donated to the initlab.
Our expected participation is between 10 and 20 people.
I will visit on saturday (6th march) around midday-early afternoon to
discuss this face-to-face.
