Yep, it did, it's now on Tsar Asen 64A. For some reason

doesn't have an English version, but I'll cc: the relevant people to
look into it, google translate should be ok enough.

As for checking if anyone's there, AFAIK there's a phone number, but
the arrangement for the weekends differ.
