[nog] Who is using Bulgarian NTP servers

I always use the default pool when installing Linux distributions like
Fedora and CentOS. But lately my Fedora 20 laptop did not return to
normal GMT+2 time on 26 Oct., although it was set to sync its clock from
the internet. And I cannot find where to change settings.
